The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to alert potential suppliers to an opportunity in relation to the provision of design and refurbishment/fit-out works for the Birmingham Organising Committee for the 2022 Commonwealth Games Limited (the "OC") Headquarters.
The inclusion of building and facilities management services is being explored for its viability with the supply chain and to understand if market appetite exists.

The Authority is providing potential bidders the opportunity to review an outline of the works and services required for the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games Headquarters and provide feedback via a market sounding questionnaire. The Authority is seeking responses to the questionnaire by midday on 22.7.2019.
These documents can be accessed via the Authority's eSourcing Portal and completed questionnaires must be submitted via the eSourcing Portal.
2. The Authority wants to gauge the market interest in this procurement and partnership opportunity for commercial rights and benefits associated with the Commonwealth Games.
3. Please be advised that the estimated value of this requirement cannot be derived until the completion of the pre-market engagement activities.
